When I open Task Manger, the window Header and the menu don't display on the window. Also, in the
system tray, I get a task with an icon but not caption.

I've attached a screen print of the Task Manager.

Is the a registry problem? Or something else?

Anyone have any ideas?

  • Have you tried turning it off and on again?
