Hmmm....I just woke up my cpu from screensaver and still system idle process has been eating up my cpu. And it's been almost 2 minutes. Is this normal?

Oh so for the SIP it shows how much you have left....ok

This indicates that the CPU is idling (it's named "System Idle Process" for a reason...)
