thnx but what i mean is the outgoing webcam access,,, i hate it when my cousin chats with nude girls on cam

Jealous because it's him and not you? lol... just messin' with you.\
The only thing I could think of right now is if the webcam used its own port, you could block outgoing traffic for Yahoo Messenger on that port. I use Outpost Firewall and it allows for the most specific rules to be created.
