Is it possible to make somethig like this ... to make another button on the left side ??

Voilą my debut here. :D

You may add your own entries there, for instance X: or a folder path.
Look for the following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ComDlg32\Placesbar
If it doesn't exist, create it.
There should be REG_EXPAND_SZ strings named Place0, Place1, Place2 and so forth.
Change their values to your likes, don't forget the trailing backslash when defining drives (i.e. X:\ instead of X:). Places like Desktop, My Computer, My Documents etc. are referenced with numeric codes.

Is it also possible to change the iconsize when I add a new entry?

the icon size will be the same as the ones on your desktop and folders.

Yeah, I've seen that. Is it possible to change it without changing the iconsize of the Desltop icons?

How can I change the default size of this dialog? I want to add a button, but there's not enough room (and I only have 5).
