Heres the situation:
At work we used to have Windows 2000 on the workstations, and a bit back we upgraded to XP. One thing we have noticed is that wen people have customised some folders with background images, and font colours, we cant remove or chnage them in XP.
We can view users folders from the server, and on server 2003 we still see the customised folders (folders being my documents) is there any way to remove or reset these customisations they have made? In Server 2003, or i guess in XP if possible.

search for Desktop.ini and Folder.htt
Delete them (heck, delete all of them if ya like)
Disclaimer: this will do what you want, but might also do something bad, I have no idea, I stopped using the HTML subsystem in Windows several years ago.
