I am sorry it says

I'm assuming you're using my Update Pack (since I don't know of anything else which adds a 243 entry to WinntDirectories). In that case, my guess is that your integration attempt failed for whatever reason (check your MD5).

Try integrating onto a fresh source (and if you're using addons, leave them out of the picture until you've got this sorted out) and see how things go.
