I am in the process of photographing newspaper pages for the local library. Using a 6.1 MP digital camera and MS Picture It for cropping and enhancing. Eventually there will be about 30,000 photographs. I have recently completed indexing (names and headlines) the pages and have a total of about 60,000 items. To find an item on a newspaper page the searcher must go to the index to find the name or headline and note the date and page of the issue. Then go to the newspaper page images to find and display the page. What I would like to do is be able to find the item in the index, click on the item and have the newspaper page be displayed automatically. Is this possible and how can it be done?

yeah,, most of the application supports bookmark and hyperlink,,

give ur index page as bookmark and each target as hyperlink (suppose page wise or photographs wise)

now when u click ur index, it will take to ur hyperlinked location/page/object
