cluberti Posted March 9, 2006 Share Posted March 9, 2006 These events with that return value (87) indicate that they're coming from the SNMP service, and if this is a Compaq, it's a known issue with the management software in certain situations. If so, you will need to upgrade the management software to the latest supported version for your OS, or remove it altogether (if you choose this option, you need to remove and reinstall SNMP if you still need to use the SNMP service).
