i tried all the offline unattended methods described in unattended.msfn.org to activate windows and none worked. i have a toshiba oem windows and when i install my unattended winSP2 it does not work but when i use the unattended cds provided by toshiba (WXP SP1 ghost images) it works perfectly.

It doesn't work since SP1 !
You must pickup oembios files from your actual system (preactivated by toshiba) and replace in your unattented disc.
You must pickup the generic key from your actual system too. This key will only works with your computer and bypass activation because it's checked with hardware.

I've read and searched the board but I found no answer.
I know oembios files' purpose is to preactivate windows.
I saw some people delete them, but what will happen ?
Would I just lost preactivation ?
(On my DELL CD, I have the four and 13MB is making me nervous)
