matthewk
I was wondering is there a way to increase the number of max connections on a winxp pro share? I was told win server 2003 doesnt have this restriction. Even if it is set on max unlimited, I believe that is equivalent to setting it equal to 10.Title edited -- Please, use [TAGS] in your topic's title. Please follow XP Forum Rules from now on.--Sonic

nmX.Memnoch
Once again, that "patch" (it's really a hack) has nothing to do with the max connections per share on a Windows XP machine. There is no way around the 10 max simultaneous users to a single share on Windows XP. If you need more than that you should be using Server 2003 anyway.
