I may have misunderstood, but why does the batch file inside the installer remove the Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts? Isn't it supposed to add them in?

I did this because CCleaner is already added to the Recycle Bin context menu. In other words you can open and run CCleaner by right-clicking on the Recycle Bin. Having the icons seems redundant and more cluttered, but I will be happy to send you a copy that doesn't remove the icons.
