can't believe how great this game runs on a crappy comp.
athlon 64 @ 2ghz with 512mb of ram, built for a few hundred dollars while back...and the game is actually playable.

going back and forth between thieves guild / arcane university / main quests

love the one quest from the paranoid guy, he pays well. i'm waiting to use his quest as entrance to dark brotherhood ;)

my character type is the same i used in morrowind: custom class with all magics + blade skill, wouldn't recommend because it leaves me with only Alchemy as a lesser skill to gain Int with.

My opinion. It is a nice game, i played it about 100 hours :P

completed: thieves/fighters guild and dark brotherhood, still busy with my mages guild.

second i runned it on a old computer.

got now 1 for 600€:
amd 64 dual core (cheaper because intel came with dual cores)
7600 GT graphics
1 gig ram memory.

That is by no means, a crappy computer.

well average. but crappy for playing oblivion. oblivion alone take close to a gig of ram, so a ram upgrade should help alot.

I played Oblivion with 2 GBs of OCZ PC3200 DC RAM and then gave 1GB to my gf's PC, played it again for a couple hours and noticed NO difference in the game's performance whatsoever.
