Quick ? I'm going to do a clean install
Should i install nfr 1.1 1st and then 2.0
or can i just install 2.0 and have no need for 1.1

You should install BOTH 1.1 and 2.0. 2.0 is not backward compatible with 1.1, but exists along side it.

Also, there is a service pack for 1.1.
