Halflife now have DeathMatch, WOW has Onslaught and Capture the Flag and all was copied from the best FPS game Unreal Tournament

Hate to tell ya, but Valve games had Deathmatch before Unreal Tournament. The original Half-Life 1 (released in 1999) had Deathmatch, and since its success, Deathmatch has become more common. Just a friendly FYI.

wasnt the original unreal tournament released in 1999 and game of the year edition in 2000

How old are you children? They had deathmatch way back in the original Doom and Quake games.
