I have tried to remove these lines but they appear again at next boot.
I do not use any dos games and this entry is useless to me, but i do not know how to remove it.

My sound card is ALS4000. It is the most fastest sound card with the vxd drivers. WDM drivers do remove the lines in autoexec.exe but they are very slow and make every game choopy. Is there anyone who can solve the problem.

i think cause it used in sound you must try to boot to dos (restart in msdos) and edit the file (autoexec.bat) from there, it quite simple :
C:\>cd Windows
C:\>edit autoexec.bat
save it then reboot
