Hi everyone,
I'm having problem with a message that appears at T13 of Windows XP installation related to installation of WMP10.
All hotfixes are installed through SVCPACK dir. and the SVCPACK.INF file into the I386 folder.
Additional programs are installed through WPI included WMP10.

So far I tried the following without success:

a.) download WMP10 copied to SVCPACK and added an entry (proir to all hotfixes) to the SVCPACK.INF file.

b.) Add to the WPI:
%systemdrive%\install\Applications\WMP10\MP10Setup.exe /q:A /c:"setup_wm.exe /Q /R:N /DisallowSystemRestore"

c.) Tried Eterprise Deplyoment Pack for WMP and created the mpsetupedp.msi file. I added this entry to the WPI file.

d.) Used the follwoing switches on the MP10Setup.exe
/quiet /norestart

As I said none of these worked, and I promptly get the WMP10-System Restore message to confirm OK / Cancel at T13.

Can anyone please help, give any suggestion?

Thanks a lot,
Rob

I extract all files from distributed MP10Setup.exe to fresh folder
and I use this command to install wmp10 :
setup_wm.exe /Q /R:N /DisallowSystemRestore

After I repack and make a silent installer with winrar ...

Goodbye.
