Could I ask for my questionnaire about Online Gaming to be filled out? All information gathered will be used as part of a degree course in Network Technology. I am also asking for age and country in order to perform further analysis using that information. I would like at least 30 replies. All responses will be confidential. I estimate that it will take between 5 to 10 minutes to fill out completely.

Responses can be posted as a reply to the topic, sent to me in a PM or emailed to me. I would like responses to be received by Monday 24/4/2006.

Thank you

Wouldn't the selections in a web form have to be processed by an ASP or PHP server for them to be inserted as the body of the email? Plus I know nothing about implementing ASP or PHP, so that idea is a bit of a non-starter.
