razormoon Posted May 2, 2006 Share Posted May 2, 2006 did you install the drivers for your tv card?I have a Hauppage PVRUSB2 and unless I install the primary INF and drivers, MCE won't recognize it.All you need is the drivers, you don't need the tv programs that come with your card. deathwarder Posted May 2, 2006 Author Share Posted May 2, 2006 let me clarify, I was in a rush when typing that post, the drivers are installed, but mce doesw not recognize the tv tuner, the software allows me to watch tv, but I need mce to recognize it in order to use it with my extender. ranjit jacob Posted May 5, 2006 Share Posted May 5, 2006 As far as i know you will require the BDA drivers to get the Tv Tuner card recq in MC, coz Mc uses the BDA drivers so just check with the Hauppage website if the card has any BDA Drivers !!
