I have two wireless routers, one is connected to all comps in my house but one, and the other is connected to the other computer, how can I make the second router act as a bridge, and give the other comp access to my main network? I want them to connect wirelessly by the way

Depending on what device you have, in some wireless devices, in their settings theres option to bridge with another device, if that is selected, it will scan for another device, and give you the mac address, just confirm that and it should bridge them.

I've only ever set up a bridge to bounce a signal further, not to do what you want btw.

bridging in windows won't accomplish what you want... you'll need to set up bridging on the 2nd router. Depending on the make/model, it might be in the router setup. Most routers will be access points by default, so there might be a drop-down or something there that will allow a different operation.
