well my setup runs full quality for all games. so ide say a 7800gt/7900gt, 2 gigs of ram, and any dual core cpu or a nicely overclocked single core opteron.

but looking at ur setup, just get a 7900gt and you should be fine, ur cpu will be the limiter now.

Or, also looking at your setup with SLI board, a second 6600? (if you can get the same). Offcourse a 7900gt is top now and 2x6600 cannot compete but the pricedifference is over the top in my budget.

Depends on what resolution you play your games, so the question is: What is your screen resolution?

actualy i removed my second 6600 and over clocked the first one to CORE CLOCK:357,MEMORY CLOCK:612 and have the same performance but use smaller textures.
and as for settings i think a 1200x1024 with aa4x and as16x would be enough.

The 7600GT would be fine but to have a bit more power like a 7800GT could be better. Also don’t forget ATI with there x1800 series, but I presume you like to stick with nVidia since you have a 6600GT already ;).

So, theres 2 options on CPU.

Mine, (3700+) runs all games sweetly.
But if you were ot build a new machine, go Dual Core.

well the 3700 is what he has. but the opterons are just amazing, overclock so much but they do cost a little more.
