I honestly think AGEIA will be bought up by either ATI or nVidia in the future. I'd much rather see PhysX as an extra chip on a video card rather than a seperate $250 add-in card personally.

I also agree, its stupid that you have to have an extra card to play only a few select games (atm).
Like u say, pay all that money just to get some extra effects! na, I'd rather spend it on a new graphics card!

Here some little information. So, in general this add-on card would be a nice. Microsoft is going to bring out a new API so game-programmers don’t have to write special code for each card witch brings me to the next point: This card will not only be for a few games ;).
