With this system you are able to show your Google Talk status on any webpage or forum, together with your avatar.

* Go to http://jabberland.com/status (a spanish website, this is the english translation).
* Add bot@jabberland.com to your list of contacts. This is necessary to keep your information up to date.
* Enter your JID, this is the email address you use to sign on to Google Talk.
* You can choose wether you want to show your avatar, status or custom status message.
* Copy the code that your get and use it the way you prefer (direct, html, forum)

www.imstatuscheck.com offers a similar service. It also allows customizing the icons and supports other protocols as well (MSN, Yahoo, AiM, etc).
