In fact all known good keys are invalid.Unattended install of Win 2k, same winnt.sif file, just newer updates. Tried several known good keys, none working. I have seen on numerous occasions that files do not copy correctly from the CD player. Can you please post up your hfslip.log file so we can take a look? I do my testing in something like a vm, I use the unattend.bat and change the location; /tempdrive:<drive>. May be a little slower than a vm but works better in my opinion. I resolved the issue.
