how to silent install zonealarm security suite 6?
I want complete switches.
i see forums but there wasnot complete.
help me fast.

OK! I know this switchs but in the end of install appear "overview" of zonealarm and I must close this page.
how to silent close this page ?

Install zonealarm and export your reg files

Do a bit of research on switches for Wise Installer
To auto enter your serial, install zonealarm, and go to reg key [hklm\software\zone labs\zonealarm\registration\]
Export it and use it in your UA install

What is reg files?? just go to Start...Run...fill in : regedit.
Do a search there for : Zonealarm

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zone Labs]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zone Labs]

Export those..

And about the switch there is no sitch for that..
It works with these reg files

on after my crap reply yesterday lol i had a quick look it and like td said export [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\Registration]
save it a zone.reg then use the zone.bat attached to this post and i think it will work to test it just put the bat reg and the zasuite.exe in the same folder and double click on the bat file i nearly forgot rename your zone alarm security exe zasuite

i close this with the REG FILES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

last time :

First install Zone alarm , and set it to how you want it , including all settings.
Then in zonealarm go to : overview ... preferences.
Then .... under : "Backup and restore Security settings" click on "backup"
Save this file as : "zoneconfig.xml"
Now send the zonealarm window to the tray.
then export all the reg files of zonealarm.
And copy the "zoneconfig" to your folder where your zonealarm setup is.
I install this with RunOnce
(this is how mine looks like)

replace the"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" with your own serial.

and the reg files :

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Zone Labs]
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Zone Labs]

Thats all...... !!!!!!!!!!

In the registery file is path of install software (Like C:\Program files\zonealarm\......).
If your windows install be in next partition (Like drive d:\ ) cause ERRORS! .
for example win 98 in c:\ and win xp in d:\ .
In registery file is c:\ but root of silent install d:\ .

The simplest way to close overview, would be to run task-manager & see what processes are running. Then kill the relevant process (FILENAME.EXE) thru your script. To make it truly silent, you'll need to apply registration (user/serial) thru *.REG files.

The registry files may contain absolute paths (C:\ or D:\) in which case you can use system-variables for paths, thru command line.

Muiz has described the whole process above. When requesting for help, being polite may be a good idea....

I said, it DOES work, thru command-line! (REG.EXE)
