Guys, is there such a program that will take a bunch of icons and put them all into one BIG *.DLL file or a BIG *.ICO file?

yeah visual C+.. try making a resource file..

im not sure but maybe Microangelo can do it....
check on their site.

Microangelo Libarian can save as a .ICL (Icon libary) ... I don't think it can save as .DLL ...
