blackhat
I've recenly installed windows server 2003 web on my laptop and have found it to run smoother/faster than xp. Since I am a web developer, it's handy to have all the web server stuff anyway. Here's my one hangup, I can't get my wireless card (interal dell 1180) to work. It treats it like a normal nic, and just tells me the cable is disconnected. I can't seem to get to any of the xp-like wireless settings. Am I out of luck with server? Did they just take this feature out completely? Thanks in advance.
Aaron
They won't have taken the feature out completely, cos networking is the most important thing in a Server OS If there's no drivers available at the Dell site, then contact Dell, or ask in their forums (if they have any) for the status on your Wireless NIC and Windows Server 2003. blackhat
Hey, just found a wireless service that is disabled by default. Enabled it and I'm up and running.
