I have need to disable wallpaper changing while also stopping the users from accessing Active Desktop. Does anyone know if its possible to do both. I have tried to do it but I am finding that when you Disable the Active Desktop it changes the Display - Background screen to the old version and the user again has the ablilty to change the back ground.
If you know of a way to satisfy both requirements let me know.

Does it affect your account? This reminds me of the fighting over desktop preferences bull back in the Windows 3x days. LOL!!
