can i disable the first 3 protocols in LAN? Rate Topic: -----

can i disable the first 3 protocols in LAN connection if i'm using ADSL sharing only, not file sharing? :

and what is the benfit of disabling them? any gain in performance or speed?

Yeah, you can disable those if you aren't sharing anything on your LAN. The benefits of doing so? Disabling file/print sharing will make your box more secure.
