Hi all
i have a 2003 sbs server setup with a software mirror and i was wondering does anyone know if its possible to alert me via the performance console if one of the disks fails?

you can setup an alert in premformance logs and alerts, but i don't think this would cover a drive failing... MOM 2005 would be a good option

This kind of error should logged in the eventlog so you should be able to check periodicaly by script if it ok or not. Eventquery.vbs which is in system32 of XP and 2k3 should help you to do this automatically.
