HD/CPU Temp on desktop Rate Topic: -----

Is there a way to show HD/CPU temp (and CPU speed?) on desktop?

I use a program called Coolmon which also allows you to display other stats. Search for it in Google.

Try this site for Speedfan. I use it and it will display HD temps, CPU temps and System temps. You will need to register though "FREE".

Speedfan with AveDesk and SysStats will give you a nice looking item on your desktop with all your hardware info. :)
