I own 5 W2K SP4 installed servers. When rebooting, all of the servers state the event id: 7022 The Automatic Updates service hung on starting. Cause unknown. Suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Are the COM+ and DTC services running, stopped, or starting/stopping?

I've seen this after installing MS06-018 (913580) and rebooting.

Both services COM+ and DTC are running. No events about them. First occurrence of event 7020 after installing hotfixes MS05-043 , MS05-051.
