I am trying to run ximage through a simple vb.net application to restore a WIM i have created .

i wanted to redirected the output to a form in the application. so i used the scroll parameter to scroll the output from ximage.exe down then screen.

Unfortunatley , this still doesn't seem all you to redirect any output .

Has anyone seen this problem at all?

you could just use the APIs for ximage to make the calls to the wim, don't know if that would be easier or not for you

Not gonna be available for a while...but i read somewhere you can get the headers from the connect site...the /apply parameter doesn't work properly because, from the vbstandpoint, when an event happens that causes a freeze, the doevents command will allow the continuation of code flow...it doesn't happen in imagex...i also noticed this with imgdeploy.exe (from ADS) which came much earlier.
