keyboard indicators in windows 95/98/ME anyway to remove them? Rate Topic: -----

basically i want to take those rectangle things that come up around everything, and make it so that they only come on when i push a key on my keyboard like windows 2000/XP. theres gotta be a way to do this, im sure of it, because there are some programs that run in windows 98 or ME that dont even display them at all, like Opera Browser. some microsoft programs do that too, i cant remember which, but i know there are others. anyone have any ideas? im clueless here :lol: any help is apreciated. thanks for reading.
