here is the switch with serial:

"%wpipath%Install\VMwareWorkstation.msi\" ADDLOCAL=ALL Remove=authd,Network DISABLE_AUTORUN=0 SERIALNUMBER=T300W-187DT-R8MFC-4MEQ7 DESKTOP_SHORTCUT=0 /qn

P.S. I will run it using WPI so I included the complete switch in case any one need it
