Hi Guys
Wondering if anyone could help me out, had a computer that i was using Outlook 2003 on and its now crashed, on that machine i was using what i thought was a PST to save all my folders in, ive now setup my new computer with Outlook 2003 and gone to the folder to find my PST to import and found its a DAT file thats a 25 MB, tried to import it with no joy
Any ideas

What version of Windows were ya using? Have you made sure to your looking at the right path?
The default one for win2k/xp is
c:\documents and settings\user\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook
that contains the PST file for your inbox, sent mail, etc. etc. etc.
There are files, at least one DAT on my PC in
c:\documents and settings\user\application data\microsoft\outlook
Of course I'm assuming you installed it to the default location and that your primary drive is C: and that your using Windows 2000 or XP.
