Please help , i have been looking everywere for a solution.

I use Microsoft outlook 2003 (english) and i want to be able to spell check for Spanish (ARGENTINA) but it only have the basic spanish how can i get the spanish check for spanish ARGENTINA i have spoken to Microsoft help desk but thruly are a waste of time
