hi how can i define print styles in outlook 2002? i want to set memo as my default i cant set it using the command define print styles on the file menu, Any help is very much appreciated Thank you

hi guys no need to reply found the sollution,

here's the sollution:

1. tolls>options>mailformat then uncheck the Use MsWord to edit email messages
