Hi,

Was wondering if anyone could tell me if nLiting my XP in any way invalidates it. I like to reformat every two months or so to keep things fresh. I also like to keep up to date with hotfixes, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Cheers.

If you reformat your PC every 2 months, shy don't you just keep an image of you installation, via Ghost or Acronis True Image? I mean it would be much faster and the only time spent would be to download a few updates for your system...

It does not invalidate your XP.
The main concern is activating XP, nlited or not, every 2 months.
You'd better use a disc image (Ghost or something else) as aSMiLoN said.

OK, thanks guys. Could you explain something more about this ghost business? How is done? Can you point me in the direction of some info? What software do I need for it? Any open source stuff is preferable.

Thanks for your rapid replies.

Cheers.
