How to remove cloud messages?

I'm trying to remove anoying cloud messages in system tray like "MSN Messenger is still running" or "Disk space ..."

Recommended: Download Tweak UI for Windows XP. After installing, simply highlight "Taskbar and Start Menu", then in the right pane, uncheck "Enable balloon tips".
Optional: You can also download XP AntiSpy which has the option to allow you to enable/disable them.
Registry method:
To turn off balloon tips in applications that support XP Themes:

- Start > Run > regedit
- Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\
- Create a DWORD value of EnableBalloonTips
- Give it a value of 0

It's in nLite as well in tweaks in case you're planning on beginning a new build.
