Which HotFixes and Updates Should I Download? Rate Topic: -----

I visited the Microsoft website and found updates and hotfixes few and far between downloads of other "junk". What should I download? Help me weed out the weeds please :)

its all hotfixes and updates in one easy package

It also works with nlite Instructions
