It seems CopyTo and MoveTo commands missing are in RC1.0 Final either that or they are pretty hidden :( gonna try rolling back to a older version to see if its in one of them..

Afaik these tweaks are buggy. Not because of nlite in fact, they're simply buggy.
I think they have been removed on purpose.
