I am having trouble getting an unattended install of wk3 server to install. I can get up to the downloading files screen, which it does successfully. Then it reboots to continue installation, but this is where it goes to the Welcome screen, then liscensing screen, etc. The unattend.txt is supposed to bypass these screens but won't. After I answer the questions the remaining settings in the unattend.txt do get put in fine. Just the beginning doesn't. I have tried this on different type of servers(HP blades, Compaq, VMware virtual) all with the same result. Attached is the text file I am working with. Also note this is a network installation and is kicked off in a .bat with the following:

cd f:\deploy\w2k3\new\i386
winnt.exe /s:f:\deploy\w2k3\new\i386 /u:c:\$oem$\unattend.txt
