Can't Find cpqteam.hlp Installing 2003 Std. R2 upgrade Rate Topic: -----

I am getting a messsage when trying to upgrade a Domain Member server to 2003 R2 Std that has 2003 Std SP1 loaded on it. The message is that it can find cpqteam.hlp. Can you tell me what is causing the problem and how to correct it?
