you know what i hate? i f***ing hate pop-up advertisements! not only is it bad enough when one pops up, you close it and three more open.. close those, four more open for each one... etc. what's worse is those god damned annoying windows without menubars, or any borders at all. what's EVEN WORSE than that are those ones that cover the ENTIRE FRIGGING SCREEN! i know, i can just press alt+f4, but that's not the point. and don't tell me not to visit warez or porn sites, because if you say that you don't.. you're lying. don't tell me to get a pop-up stopper.. they all suck. anyway, I f***ING HATE POP-UP ADVERTISEMENTS! aah, i feel better.

The Proxomitron is a whole helluva lot more than JUST a popup stopper. True enough the same technology was licensed to the people that make AdSubtract Pro, but it's a full fledged proxy. Good for privacy, stopping popups, managing cookies, stopping annoying page s*** like embedded MIDI, Flash animation, blinking text, non-resizable windows/frames, browser resizing (stops full screen popups), etc. Gets rid of just about all ads and banners.
