Trying to use an outside contact manager application with Outlook 2000. After trying to open the application I get the following error message:"Microsoft Forms Object Library could not be loaded".

I've tried reinstalling Outlook, but same message appears. The application runs with Outlook 2000 on another computer. Please help!
