I need some help here. I'd like my unnattended windows xp install to automatically install some of my favorite programs. I am new to all this un atteneded business..... and yes I am using the Un Attend guide. Is there a simple way to do this?

Wile your at it integrate all the post SP 2 hotfixes and updates go here and get the RVM Update Pack http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/ for integrating with nLite here are the insttuctions

And here are some Addon Makers in case you cant find a program you like on the list, just make your own addon

im confused, I cannot get the addons into nlite

In the Integrate Hotfixes tab, just put the updatepacks and addons in as if they were hotfixes. :)

You can also try the RyanVM Integrator to integrate Addons and UpdatePacks http://www.ryanvm.net/msfn/

BTW: Dont forget to integrate the RyanVM UpdatePack

got one more question, how would I set it up so I can silently install programs that require serial keys? I am trying to rig out 3D Studio Max 8 to silently install with windows.
I am using nLite addon maker.
I have the Post SP2 pack and stuff already installed.

Im Sorry!, I Dunno :wacko:

Try looking in the help file for the program and look for Instaltion Instructions
I say this cuz Diskeeper 10 has the remote/silent install instructions maybe youll luck out

You'll have to google where the registration info is stored. e.g. it might be in an ini file, somewhere in the registry, then you can set it up to reg it silently.
Google for where reg info is stored.
