mac/PC problem saved on my MAC can't open on server on PC Rate Topic: -----

Hello

Using MS WORD OSX on my mac 10.3.9 been updating ms word forms in a folder on our snap server, and no problem when I open, fix and save on my mac, but now my co-worker on her PC either can't open the files or if it does, her PC gets wrong characters, like little boxes...can't read the docs.

Is there an easy fix for this? Something to amend in MS word or Exell? I'm not saving a copy - just open, make the change, then save the doc, nothing else. Platform issues?
