Under Windows XP SP2, my msgina.dll version is 5.1.2600.2180!
This is the file I'm hacking in the first post.

When I download and install WindowsXP-KB875506-v2-x86-ENU, my msgina.dll version is 5.1.2600.2833!
This is what shown in Post #7.

Correct, erfahren. But SP3 does not include the registry entry. To activate the four button shutdown dialog, just add the registry entry.
