Hi,
I just learned from a coworker that all the emails I send are forwarded to my bosses automatically when using Microsoft Outlook. I know companies like to keep watch on their employees, but I am still surprised if this is true! But most of all I am shocked and appalled because I use my work email address to send personal emails as well. My job sucks so I have complained numerous times to friends about it. I am horrified at the idea that it's possible my bosses have read these emails.
Can anyone verify that it is possible to program Outlook to automatically forward all the emails I send/receive to my bosses? And if they can read the emails, are they saved some where on their machine or once I delete the email it's gone?
Thanks for anyone who can help!

If it is done, it is probably on the exchange server.

I agree, it is most likely being done on the server. I wonder if adding a read receipt would do anything, if you could then possibly verify it happening. How big of an organization?
