INFO: shrinked it down to 17,8mb compressed
this is what i have removed:
Virtual Machine Importer (not all files)
vmware-vdiskmanager.exe
Performance monitor
vmplayer.exe
linux.iso, freebsd.iso, netware.iso, solaris.iso
all chm files

Weed this is awesome, it saves space and its much faster to install
